THE BLACKSMITH COLD CHURN PROCESS

STEP 1

THE FROZEN ANVIL

We pour fresh cream onto a frozen anvil.

STEP 2

COLD COMBINATION

We combine all of our ingredients together with the cold cream on the frozen anvil until it freezes.

STEP 3

ROLL THE BATCH

Once frozen, we roll the ice cream into small batches to get it ready for serving.
